RED BARN
Red Barn is a grilled cheese food truck established in 2016 by Will and April Queja.
We were both raised on Oahu where food and cooking brought us together. After marrying, we moved to the
Big Island in 2004 where Will worked for several years as a chef at the Four Seasons Hualalai.
Since putting down roots in North Hawaii, we have welcomed four children, ages 9-16.
In 2015, Will chose to leave the pressures and intensity of the corporate environment behind,
in order to pursue a better quality of life with his growing family.
Red Barn is the manifestation of our shared dream, to work together serving delicious food, featuring natural whole ingredients.
